EFIS 49, October 2007 : Divorce

You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

Earlier this month, we provided you with an amended version of EX160 and EX160(N) on EFIS No. 41/2007.

Her Majesty’s Courts Service (HMCS) has recently updated their booklet EX160A to accompany EX160 with consequential amendments to EX160(N).

In addition, however, we have taken the opportunity of this update to clarify some references on page 1 of EX160.

Where practitioners were previously referred to “…page 6 and 7 of the guidance” on EX160, this HMCS wording refers to pages 6 and 7 of the HMCS fees booklet numbered EX160A, but refers to page 2 of our EX160(N).

We have therefore inserted a reference to page 2 on EX160.

Practitioners can use EX160 and EX160(N) on receipt of this update.
