HCMS has made a minor amendment to correct an error in section 5 of the notes N5C which accompany N5B. Practitioners should note that only N5C has changed and not the form N5B itself.

Please also find enclosed the AGREE19 and AGREE20 which have been amended at the request of customers in that the Landlord and Tenant fields have been split to provide a separate address field.
