On Efis No. 58/2008 in November of last year, we provided you with the Ministry of Justice’s latest amendments to EX160 and its accompanying notes, EX160(N).

We have subsequently made minor field adjustments to better integrate EX160 with case management systems.

No other amendments have been made to EX160 at this time.

This form should be used immediately.
