The Land Registry has amended the definition of ‘conveyancer’ on the forms listed to reflect changes which the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2011 will introduce on 1st October to mirror the provisions of the Legal Services Act.

In addition, the Land Registry has amended the LRACD form to reflect the relocation of its Head Office to new premises earlier this year.

Although the Land Registry will continue to accept existing editions of these forms, conveyancing practitioners may prefer to use the amended forms for applications submitted to the Land Registry on or after 1st October.
