EFIS 90, October 2013 : Immigration - Applications

Pursuant to the information which we released on EFIS No.81/2013 in October, we can now supply you with the amended Immigration forms listed which the UK Border Agency updated on 1st October.

All these amended Immigration forms can be used immediately.

On 20th September, the UK Border Agency announced the Government's intention to introduce new requirements for applicants to pass the Life in the UK test and to hold an English language qualification which is equivalent to B1 CEFR or higher on 28th October.

The UK Border Agency has amended the following Immigration forms to reflect these new Rules:
SET(BUS), SET(DV), SET(F), SET(M) and SET(O).

The UK Border agency will continue to accept current versions of these five forms up to and including 18th November provided that applicants meet the requirements of the revised Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK test and supply evidence of this qualification.

We will supply you with these further amendments to the Immigration forms during the course of next month.
