The Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 revoke and replace the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) Regulations 1997 in England which prescribe forms for use under Part 1 of the Housing Act 1988.

In general, these 2015 Regulations have amended the HA32 to reflect changes which the Anti-social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 introduced.

The 2015 Regulations will come into force on 6th April when only the amended version of HA32 should be used. The current edition of HA32 can be used for notices served up to and including 5th April 2015.
