LRID5 - Certificate to be given by a conveyancer where a person's identity has been verified by way of an online video call - temporary COVID-19 form

Form status: New/Amended

HM Land Registry has made further amendments to their temporary certificates of identity forms as a result of customer feedback. These forms may be removed with little or no notice depending on Government guidelines over the coming months.

LRID1 and LRID2 have also received amendments and are available for immediate use.

Court Statements of Truth - Information
We continue to monitor HMCTS forms for changes to the Statements of Truth. Once these changes are made to the official versions we will also update our forms to reflect the same.
