Rebuilding your Forms Library

While Active Library will always ensure you have an up-to-date set of form templates, you may need to recreate an existing form library to ensure you have a complete set of historical form revisions. These will be required for opening older saved forms, created against now non-live template revisions. This might happen if you move OyezForms to a new server, for example.

To recreate your OyezForms library

  2. Browse to the \library\master folder of your current (or previous) application folder
  3. After the list of templates has refreshed (this may take some time), select all and click IMPORT
  4. Perform a standard Active Library synchronisation

If you open a saved form and you no longer have the associated template file, OyezForms will make a request for the relevant template revision during the next Active Library synchronisation.
