OyezForms version 12 introduces A Ribbon Bar User Interface. The option of using OyezForms in Classic Mode remains. You can enforce which interface is available via the registry.

Version 12.00G+ supplies the NovaPDF8 engine as msi files, enabling roll-out via Active Directory.

'Network' manual installer

This installation type is considered 'legacy', and should only be used on small networks where Active Directory skills are not available, or if you have 'inherited' this type of setup.

For installing the main program executable and Library to a networked folder.

Network folder houses the main program executable. No server reboot required. oyezfrms.exe (14.5 mb) is read into PC RAM via shortcut. User PCs are manually 'attached' to core program via \setup\setup.exe. A \setup\rollout_v7.msi exists for rolling out user attachment.

Install NovaPDF8 engine either manually via OyezForms OPTIONS>EXPORT dialogue ('run as admin' elevation required), or via Active Directory roll-out.

Which installation do I have?

If you are upgrading an existing version of OyezForms you must target the existing Main Program Path. This is displayed under the GENERAL tab the OPTIONS dialogue. A path of C:\program files ... indicates a standalone install, a network path (e.g. o:\oyezforms\) indicates a network install
